Dear Readers, Today as I watched the morning shows I saw such a wonderful fitness program. The participants were eating better, taking in less calories and fat, as they had put on too many pounds. They were exercising more. They had a wonderful program that included walking, pushing weights, jogging, lifting, and doing sit-ups. They also were enjoying increased mental stimulation which included trips to fascinating places, such as aquariums. Can you guess who they were? I'll share the answer next time.
